检测原理

Orangu™ 应用 WST-8在细胞中代谢后会生成橙色的甲臜染料。染料的生成量与活细胞数量成正比。增加孵育时间或细胞数量会导致橙色染料的生成量增加。WST-8是一种易溶于水的四唑盐，在电子载体存在下，该物质被还原为橙色的甲臜染料。细胞内的线粒体脱氢酶充当电子载体，因此生成的甲臜染料的量与活细胞数量和孵育时间成正比。
